Refund policy

Hapmix is committed to customer satisfaction and follows a transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product received

• Defective product received

Customers must report any issue on the same day of delivery along with:

• Product photos

• Packaging photos

• Order details

If the claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

Opened, used, or partially consumed DIY products are not eligible for return or refund.
